If required, we can offer a full design and build service. We have long established working relationships with a range of external designers that we work closely with. We will be the main point of contact for the client to ensure a seamless process

Here is how we take forward a design and build project

Find a Property : Everyone will have some idea on what they have to do and a budget before getting a space.  We assist them to find the best place that can meet your requirement and put your creativity to life. If you already have a property or place then we move forward. In some cases the designs drive the space or location requirement

The Design Process : From large-scale refurbishments and relocation’s to small design and fit out projects, our approach is the same. We engage world class design consultants with whom we have build long standing relationships. Depending on your requirement , budget and scope we select one of the design consultants from our panel that best suit your project. At times we also involve more than one design consultant to get the best fit for you.

Sharing Ideas : Before putting pen to paper, we arrange our design consultants  to get a feel for your business and discuss your requirements. Together, they will share ideas to begin the design process.

Design : Our Design Consultants will take over from here including survey of the location and details. Once design starts, we will work closely with you to reach an approved concept. Costs, timings and resources will be agreed and adhered to throughout the project.

Build : Based on the approved designs, our professional team will work on-site to undertake the fit out project.  We coordinate with the Design Consultant to ensure that every detail is captured.

Finishing : With decoration complete and office furniture installed, your dedicated project manager will oversee all work, ensuring a quality job right down to the last detail.
