From overseeing quality control, timing and OH&S, to liaising with manufacturing, subcontractors and corporate design, Cherry Brown exceeds client expectations and deliver Projects that are of the highest standard.

Our project managers initiate, plan, execute and control the fit outs to reach every scheduled timeline and budget expectation. From the first stages of scoping and design through to handover, our project management team ensures that your fit out is hassle-free. The Cherry Brown planning process comprises six steps:

1. Programming and scheduling of works
2. Providing program information to subcontractors
3. Managing all issues relating to subcontractors
4. Administration and accounts
5. Ensuring standards and specification details are adhered to Coordinating all access and deliveries
6. Managing budgeting and costs

 

Aside from having an experienced Project Management team, Cherry Brown we are creating our own internal building trades force. This gives us full control of the quality of workmanship and the ability to deliver projects on a tight deadline. Resources can easily be moved around within a short timeframe to accommodate changes in a project or the need to fast track certain projects.

Cherry Brown takes full responsibility for the Project Management and Supervision of the Space Planning, Design, Refurbishment, Furniture Installation and Relocation.
